Boot Hinge Tube Bender

Twin head tube bender that currently makes the square tube used for the Toyota Camry boot hinge. Our unique and clever design allows the tube to be fully made in a single machine, unlike other manufacturers that require additional bends to be made in additional benders. Our process ensures a fast 25 second cycle time with a 5 sigma capability.

Unique to our design the ceramic (zirconia) mandrels don't require oil lubrication, this produces repeatable, clean and faster bends.
